All information must be completed for application to be processed. Property ownership is verified at the time of application. 

• Residential (owner) accounts, with prior water service at the location, require a deposit of $150 (refundable) and new account fee of $50 (non-refundable). 
• Residential (rental) accounts require a deposit of $500 (refundable) and new account fee of $50 (non-refundable)
• Commerical accounts require a deposit of $150 (refundable) and new account fee of $50 (non-refundable)
