All information must be completed for application to be processed. Property ownership is verified at the time of application. 

• Residential (owner) accounts, with prior water service at the location, require a deposit of $200 (refundable) and new account fee of $50 (non-refundable). 
• Residential (rental) accounts require a deposit of $500 (refundable) and new account fee of $50 (non-refundable)
• Commerical accounts require a deposit of $200 (refundable) and new account fee of $50 (non-refundable)

If a location has not had prior services, please see the Master Rate Schedule for pricing details. 

**Property ownership is verified at the time of application. If you are not the registered property owner, you must get singed and notarized consent from the owner of record. This will automatically result in the account deposit being assigned as rental property regardless of the arrangement between the property owner and occupent. No exceptions.
