2023 Consumer Confidence Report

The City of Barstow is required to file a Consumer Confidence report annually. Filing due date is July 1 of each year for the calendar year prior. This CCR is for the water service year of January 1-December 31, 2023.

Bills are due the 15th of each month with cutoff for non-payment the 26th.  You may also access account information through the automated system (432)-287-7882
